I noticed you use the word "miracles" and I think I've read that word in a few of your other posts. I do not believe answered prayer is a miracle.
"Why God answers some prayers right away and not others"...Think of God like a General directing a vast battle. We are on the battlefield in a bunker and we have a direct line to the General. There are others out there in their own bunkers all with direct lines to the General as well. Everyone's bunker has one small window that limits our view of the battle field; we can only see a small sliver of the battle. We call into the General and tell Him what we see and what we need based on our limited viewpoint. He makes decisions based on what's best for the entire army and sometimes we don't get what we want at all, sometimes we get something but it's completely different from what we asked for. If the General doesn't answer me immediately, I count that as a "wait".
in terms of an answer for healing, for instance, that sounds like a miracle to me. i still need to know when God makes a decision. for me, still, no answer is not a 'wait'.
Prayer is a subject of relationship! It is important to understand that one can not expect God to automatically respond if there is no constant communion with him. If one is not in constant communion with, how do you know his voice? God speaks in many ways. We have to listen attentively. Silence tests and builds your faith. Let patience have her perfect work! God is not an unfit Father! He knows whats best!
